In order to meet the needs of our students during this difficult time, we are offering telehealth support to students. If you are having an emergency, please dial 911.

Students who are enrolled in Spring 2021 Session 
can schedule a full-service telehealth appointment with a
personal counselor, nurse, or nurse practitioner

General Information about Medical &

Personal Counseling Appointments

Appointments will remain and continue to be scheduled via Telehealth (Zoom or Phone Sessions.)

Medical and Personal Counseling Appointments: 

If you would like to schedule an appointment for either personal counseling or medical services, please call us at:

We do not make appointments via email due to confidentiality laws.

When you call us, we will ask you for the following information:

  • K#

  • Student Availability for desired appointment (during our business hours M,TH 8-4 and T,W 8-6 F 8-1pm)

  • Telehealth Preference- phone/ zoom preference. 

  • Gender Preference (if you are seeking personal counseling)

Students are required to fill out telehealth forms via our new Student Health Portal. Please try to complete all forms prior to the appointment time. If students need assistance in completing paperwork, please contact us and we are happy to assist you.  

 

 How to Log Into the Student Health Portal:

If you are NEW to the Portal follow these quick steps:

Step 1:  Click “Register”: Enter your K Number. Do not include the K, just enter the number and your pipeline email.

Step 2:  Go to your pipeline email and click the email sent by Pyramed. You can then click the link where you will set a password. 

Step 3:  Go to the pyramed portal at: https://sbcc.studenthealthportal.com/ and log in with your new password, which you just set.

Completed prior to first appointment: 

  • Go to “My Forms” for the following forms:

If you are Beginning Individual Personal Counseling Sessions fill out these forms:

  1. Consent Form for Personal Counseling Services

  2. Mental Health Intake Form

  3. Notice of Privacy Practice Form

  4. Consent for Telehealth 

If Returning:  1. Consent for Telehealth

How to Access a Scheduled Appointment:

For Zoom:  The appointment link is through our Student Health Portal at the top of the homepage. 

For Telephone: Students will receive a call (blocked number) at the time of your appointment. Your provider will try calling you 2 times.  Missed appointments must be called in to reschedule your appointment.
